DISTRICT LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY ,GIRIDIH
AIM AND OBJECT OF LEGAL AID:- To provide the legal assistance to the weaker section of the society and to generate the legal awareness by holding legal literacy camp among the public.To gear up the process of orgainising the LOK ADALAT.
MODES OF LEGAL SERVICES AND ADVICE:-
1. Legal Services in form of :-(I) "Representation of an entitled persons by legal practitioner on the list in the legal proceeding .(II) Payment to the entitled person or on his behalf:-
| 1. Court fee |
| 2. Process fee and expenceses of witness |
| 3. Charges of preparation of proper book including charges for printing and translation of documents |
| 4. Charges for the supply of certificate copies of Judgment decision and other documents |
| 5. Any amount or any other account in legal proceeding. |
PERSONS ENTITLED
| a) All the member of SC/ST |
| b) All the women and child |
| c) Bounded Labour |
| d) Mentally retarted and physically handicaped. |
| e) Those people who affected with Natural Clamity |
| f) Industrial Labour |
| g) People in custody of Mental Asylum, Remand Home etc. |
| h) All those people whose annually income in not more than 25,000/-(Twenty five thousand) |
